The rulings of the CPSIA progressively affect children’s items manufactured from February 2009 through 2011. All GUND items manufactured on or after November 12th 2008 have and will meet the new regulations and have earned Certificates of Conformity. At GUND, we are in full compliance with all aspects of the CPSIA, including the requirements on lead and phthalates, so that you can continue to buy from us with confidence.
