Needs from teaching and research
• Storage– Increase the amount of storage
• Control and management of the storage– Split the data into different categories
• Backup and archive only for important documents• TCO and SLA adapted to each categories
• Applications– Use of existing Vmware infrastructure to offer and manage many
different applications (dynamic ressource allocation, common storage, monitoring,…)
