vCard received by e-mail can be imported to Contacts.

Mail Templates Revisited
A mail template is useful in situations where an e-mail message to the same recipients containing some standard text will be sent repetitively.
Create standard text and then select Outlook Template (*.oft) in Save as type text box.

Form Design Window
Field Chooser Palette used to add new fields to the form
Every Outlook item is based on a form. A new form is created by opening an existing form and modifying it.

Moving Fields in Form Design
Select form objects by clicking over them (Shift + click multiple objects).
Drag the selected object’s border to new location.

Adding Fields to Form Design
Drag field name from Field Chooser Palette to form and then move it to the desired location.

Publishing Form
Save a form by clicking Tools, pointing to Forms, and then clicking Publish Form.

Using a Custom Form
To use a custom form:
•Click Tools, point to Forms, and then click Choose Form
•Change Look in setting to Personal Forms Library.
•Double-click form name.
