Microsoft OneDrive For Business for Windows 10 users OneDrive for Business is Microsoft’s Cloud Storage File Hosting Service that allows you to sync critical files to your computer and other mobile devices. The added benefit with this, is by synching your critical files and documents, it allows you to access your information from anywhere and any device.

1. What does Microsoft OneDrive For Business enable me to do?
• Access and edit your files on all your devices. • Keep your files protected in the cloud. • Share documents or photos and collaborate in
Office. • Quickly organize and find things that matter.
Note: Office 365 Personal subscriptions include 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage
2. Navigation Pane
• Files is your home base where you can find all your files
and folders. • Recent shows the files you worked on last. • Photos is a shortcut to show you all of the pictures in your
OneDrive. From here you can create albums or organize your photos with Tags.
• Shared are the files others have shared with you and the files you've shared with others.
• Discover shows you the files relevant to you from OneDrive.
• Recycle bin shows your deleted files and folders. Manages reports generated after the event is over.
3. In addition, you are able to
• Select New to create files or folders. • Select Upload to add files or folders to your OneDrive
storage from your computer. • Select Sort to change how you'd like to view
your files.
• Select Sync to sync your OneDrive data to your PC which can be accessed via File Explorer.
• Select Flow Create automated tasks between your OneDrive data and other apps.
• Select View to change the view.
• Select Information to check recent activity on your files.
Use keywords and tags to Search for files or folders.
4. Files and Folders
When you select a file or folder, the toolbar will change, letting you choose what you'd like to do with the file or folder: • Open, Share, Copy link, Download, Delete, Move to, or
Copy to. Who can see my files on OneDrive for Business? • The files and folders you store in OneDrive for Business
are private until you decide to share them, and you can see who a OneDrive file is shared with or stop sharing at any time

Search in File explorer
Type in OneDrive
Click on selected app “OneDrive”
The next screen you will be presented with will show you OneDrive – Old Mutual
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not view OneDrive as a selected app shown above, you will be presented with the following screen / prompt. select open

How to save critical files on OneDrive for Business
Select File save as
Look for One Drive
Create a new folder or save under existing
Select Save
How to share files and folders on OneDrive for Business
Open your OneDrive folder in event viewer and locate the file or folder you would like to share.
Once you select a file or folder, select 'Share' after right-clicking on the file or folder name. Please DO NOT SHARE VIA FILE EXPLORER (to share via this way you will receive security message that you do not have rights to share, this is because you will require elevated privileges.)
A new window, as shown below will open, whereby you can now select the people you want to share the file or folder with
When selecting Mail this new screen will appear (see image)
Once you selected who you want to share with, you can click on send.
