using microbes. We’ve gone up to 4 weeks of just topping off with fresh, healthy water and any needed nutrients or additives in our ebb and flow or Oxygen Pot System. The symbiotic relationship between the plant and microbes has been established and the reservoir becomes a living colony. If using this method, the dosage for microbes can be lessened as well. • For Soil and Coco, we recommend using 1-2 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water to initiate the cycle. Lower the dosage to 1 tsp. per gallon every 7-10 days if using the product with every feeding and if the soil remains moist. The idea is to establish a relationship between plant and soil. The microorganisms will flourish in a healthy environment and will work closely with the plant. Use larger amounts of product if the soil dries out often or if the plant shows signs of weakness. • For Foliar, we highly recommend applying 1-2 tsp. of product per 32 oz. of healthy water once per week. Add a yucca-based wetting agent to prevent run-off. Flower Cycle: • For Hydroponics, use a fresh reservoir and add 1-2 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water. Add organic-based Calcium. Your microbes are well-established in each plant’s roots by now. Top off the reservoir with healthy water and add any needed nutrients. Lessen the use of the microbes to 1 tsp. per gallon at most during flower cycle with top-offs and reservoir changes. Change the reservoir at the beginning of week 3, 5 and 7. We recommend discontinuing use of microbes and feeding a week or two before the end of harvest for best results. • For Soil and Coco, use the same dosage of 1-2 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water to initiate the cycle, and then lessen the amount to around 1 tsp. per gallon for the rest of flower. The directions provided on the product labels are for General Use. We encourage you to carefully watch the results obtained after using our products and then decide if you want to modify and/or tailor your dosages to better fit your plant’s specific needs and system. Here are some fantastic results culminating from several years of using varied dosages of our products, shared by one of our very successful growers with a background in organic gardening shares. You can use these recommendations as a guide. Please note: a) Photosynthesis Plus and all Plus products cannot be over-used, and results have shown that “more is truly better,” in most cases; b) It is important to use “healthy water,” which may be achieved by monitoring pH and/or through dechlorination. Seeds: Mix 1 tablespoon of product with 32 oz. of healthy water. Use this solution to soak the seeds overnight and/or to wet a paper towel to use for germination. If you plant the seeds directly into soil, use 1-2 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water with a “light” seedling mix. It’s important not to use composted soil mixes or blends with hot additives. Clones: Use 1 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water to soak your rock wool, oasis cubes or plugs for 6-12 hours before shaking out excess water. If using Coco Coir in trays, mix up half a 5-gallon bucket and work in 1 gallon of the product and 3 tablespoons of organic calcium. Make sure it’s distributed well throughout the material, giving it a nice, wet consistency. Make sure the Coco is packed well without making it too dense. Place your cuttings under a humidity dome for 3-5 days. When the dome is lifted, foliar spray the clones well with 2 tsp. of product per 32 oz. of healthy water with a small amount of a yucca-based wetting agent. Vegetation Cycle: • For Hydroponics, we recommend using 1-2 oz. of product per gallon of healthy water to initiate the microbes into the plants, adding 2-6 tsp. of organic calcium into a reservoir and before starting regular feeding of any organic or mineral-based nutrient N-P-K program. You will want to avoid any products with chlorine. We have found there is no need to change out the reservoir as often when
