Kramer is a Shepherd/Husky mix and his estimated DOB is 08/20/2013. Approx. weight is 63 lbs. He’s a strong, energetic, friendly, young male. Why do we say experienced dog adopters only? Kramer is amazing and is a staff favorite however when he

gets around food he loses all sense of reason. We don’t know what happened in his past; he possibly had to search for his food and never knew if he’d have enough or maybe as a puppy he had to scramble for every morsel of kibble. We do know that as a result, he often defends his food with the vigor of a dog whose life depends on it. Our behavior team is working with him and he has made leaps and bounds in letting the “chow hound” in him go!All puppies and dogs are up to date on all of their vaccines. Any dog that is six months of age or older will be tested for Heartworms and if found negative, will be kept on Heartworm prevention, after the adoption it is up to you to continue the treatment and we highly recommend you do. Information known about this animal has been included in this bio.
