Successfully migrated function of REO disposition of 2000 assets from five providers to in-house staff. Effectively managed the transition of two separate servicing systems into one platform and transitioned the existing default management system.

Visibly reduced loss severity to bank and investors on this portfolio. Result was saving millions of dollars in charged-off losses annually.

Transitioned portfolio to new buyer when Provident Bank was sold to National City Bank and when National City Bank in turn sold the portfolio to Litton Loan Servicing 5 months later.
