Responsibilities Michael Davis is a Vice President and Senior Consultant for Conner Strong & Buckelew. Davis manages renewal negotiation, account management, and the evaluation and implementation of new insurance products for his portfolio of large group clients. Partnering with new group clients, he provides customized, innovative and cost-effective employee benefit solutions.

Background Davis has over 16 years experience in the healthcare delivery system and employee benefits. He started his career with Independence Blue Cross, and had most recently worked for AmeriHealth Insurance Company as the New Jersey Retention Sales Manager. He and his staff were responsible for the account management, servicing and renewal of existing group clients, totaling more than $170 million in annual premium.

Education Messiah College – Bachelor of Science in Marketing

Community Involvement Davis is an active member of the Southern New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters. He is also active in his community as a fund-raiser for numerous charitable organizations, including the American Heart Association.
