For: for the supply, delivery, assembly, and installation of The Iron Horse Sculpture and Lighting on the Kay Yonge Beltline bridge within the City of Toronto Please refer to the above Request for Tender (RFT) document in your possession and be advised of the following:
I. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q1. Please confirm the price schedule quantities for items 1.2, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12. There may be discrepancies between the drawings and tender form. A1. The price schedule quantities have been revised. Please see attached revised price
schedule with revised quantities. In addition, item 1.14 has been added to the scope of work and price schedule for supply and installation of a plaque.
Q2. Please confirm if any required tree pruning and related permit will be performed/provided by City staff. A2. No tree pruning is required. Q3. Please confirm if a building permit will be required, and if yes, who is responsible for permit costs. A3. No building permit is required.
II. REVISIONS & ADDITIONS 1. Item #1.14 for supply and install of a plaque has been added to the scope of work and revised price schedule. Quantities for items have been updated accordingly. The attached revised price schedule should be referenced on a go forward basis. 2. A higher resolution copy of drawings S01 and S02 have been attached to this addendum to be referenced on a go forward basis.

Note: The attached Revised Price Schedule in addendum 2 must be used for pricing of this Tender. Failure to submit the revised version will render the bid submission non-compliant.
