Design Details
• This is a reference solution• Meant as a solution starter. Can be extended.
• Business process change is CRITICAL consideration• It is not never just about the tool. Business buy-in is critical.
• Lots of moving pieces!• Be prepared to learn/integrate AX, Connector, CRM.
• Crawl-walk-run• We iterated heavily on the solution. Highly recommend it.

Key adoption considerations
• Better process control• Access Control on quote across AX, CRM should be tightly defined
• Richer project management in CRM• More project data on CRM, more insights
• Integrate discounts, detailed pricing with CRM• This would help with CRM quotation process
• Integrate solution with CRM 2013 process flow• Currently solution works with CRM 2013, but could integrate tighter
