VAHID NIMEHCHISALEM PHAN LE-HA LEE SU KIM

Professor, University of Hawaii, Manoa and founder of the ‘Engaging with

Vietnam: An interdisci-plinary dialogue’

Dr. Lee (former UKM) is the sixth generation nyonya with roots in

both Penang and Malacca. The writer of Kebaya Tales which won the first prize in the Popular-Star Readers’ Choice Awards 2011.

Dr. Vahid is a writing specialist in the

Faculty of Communica-tion and Modern Lan-
