Ferdinand Drucker and his findings from “The Near Future” - Claudia Sanchez and Syed Ehsan Azam
Who is Dr. Peter Ferdinand Drucker
O Dr. Peter Ferdinand Drucker (born 1909) is known as the father of modern management.
O A prolific writer, business consultant and self-described “social ecologist”, and lecturer
O Survived WWI and WWII (Lived in Both EU and North American Society)
O Famous Professor and Business Consultant to Masatoshi Ito of Ito –Yokado Group

Drucker’s vision of the future of society is sound” – based on “The Near Future”
O Representing in favor of the findings from Dr. Peter Ferdinand Drucker and his logical, realistic assumptions

• Immigrants can be taken advantage of at times as cheap labor (USA is a big example)
• Discrimination and crime rate can arise based on some theorists

for solution of future demand of a workforce that is adverse and “UNISEX” without Age discrimination
O History shows example of Gender Discrimination (Knowledge based economy and workforce will create meaningful, unbiased and more freedom for individuals)
O Creates value for everyone – Purpose for everyone

What does those charts mean how does it relate to Dr.
Drucker's findings?O “Economically, the decline in the young
population will change markets in fundamental ways”
O “Politically, This means that immigration will become and highly divisive issue in all rich countries”
O By 2030 at the latest, the age at which full retirement benefits start will have risen to the mid-70s in all developed countries, and benefits for healthy pensioners will be substantially lower than they are today.
So.. What Else did he believe in?
