Established in 2009, the Company represents the collaboration of two family names, bringing with them awealth of experience gained at Director level, in the site resourcing and project logistics industry.

John has three decades of experience in construction & logistics and has worked onsome of the largest project in the UK .He prides himself on the achievements he has made throughout his career and always gives 100%commitment in everything he does. His management skills and professionalism make him an asset to anyorganisation. Working as a team member and motivating people is the key to his success. He has alwaysdelivered throughout his career and aims to do so in the future.

Since joining MadiganGill, John has brought vast experience as a Projects Director. He is responsiblefor commercial and operational activities for our logistics division ensuring that we provide a profes-sional and quality service to all our projects.

Project Experience2012 Olympic Games - LO COG Security Fencing – Contract sum 30 millionHeaded up delivery of a £30m, security fencing contract for the Olympic games; fencing was erectedacross the majority of all of the venues (about 82 in total). Due to the locations across the UK and timeframes given, an additional 20 contract managers and 30 site mangers were employed for the durationof the project. About 120 thousand linear metres of fencing was installed in a 7 month period.

The Shard London Bridge - Contract sum £16 million (Mace)Carried out various builders’ works and enabling works packages including the overall logistics packagefor the project. Responsibilities included the provision of security, traffic management, wastemanagement, multi service teams, and delivery management.

London Eye – Contact Value: £2.1mProject Description: Fit out of County hall to create a ticket hall for the London eye and welfare facilitiesfor the London eye staff including a link bridge and fit out of Kiosks. Works included the following: Drylining, Ceilings, Joinery, M&E, Decorations, Various floor finishes, General builders works, laminates,External stone façade works, Structural glazed partitions/glazing, Architectural & Structural steel work

• Westfield Shopping centre – Stratford – Contract sum 17.5 million (Westfield)
