We introduce ourselves as technology navigator in surface coating for our valuable clients. Our role is not only to supply the metal pre-treatment chemicals but also provide technical assistance to our client’s minimum maintenance.

Plant SetupWe always like to share our experience with early from grass route stage. We help them in selecting the ideal pre treatment process based on nature of material in the eyes of Indian pre treatment standards.
Bath make up of metal pre-treatment chemicals in the tanks under our close supervision.
We help our clients until the plant becomes streamline by way of testing & taking trouble shooting steps necessary for the surface coated articles to attain proposed quality standards.
Chemical Process MaintenanceOnce the plant has streamlined, we train the operators in testing of the chemicals for concentration & contamination level & taking necessary actions. We also solve the day to day process related queries of the operators by way of visits & telephonic support.
Trouble ShootWe are always there to support our clients by the means of our on call technical assistance.
Apart from this our experienced team is always there to give prompt attention in case of any quality problems.
Test ReportIn order to maintain on site quality of work our technical staff periodically visit the site. They will check health of bath on site with titration of all chemicals.
Prepare the report & send an email to the management with the signature of onsite supervisor.

Coroseal series is acidic base cleaners which performs three functions of Degreasing, Derusting & Coating deposition of minute coat of iron phosphate on ferrous surface and hence named so. The process is easy to install and operate. However the adhesion and life of the paint powder coat are not as much as that attained with eight tank process.
There are three ways of using 3 in 1 chemical.1. Conventional dipping process as shown above.2. Dipping followed by immediate wiping with dry cloth.3. Wiping with 3 in 1 chemical, followed by immediate wiping with dry cloth.
