PAPERS AND POSTERS Guidelines for ORAL Presentations (a speech of 15 minutes) or Posters for the Podiatry Congress - Naples 2018.
Dear Colleague if you are going to submit an oral presentation (Paper) or a Poster our Scientific Committee will be glad to give you some useful tips in order to help you design your presentation.
TOPICSBy using the online submission form, you will be able to select ONE (1) of the following categories of topics that best fits your submission. These categories will be used by the Committee to place papers and posters in session streams and assign them to the reviewers.Topics:

Authors may indicate whether they prefer to submit their document as “PAPER” or “POSTER”.Presenting a paper at the Annual Congress in Naples is a great opportunity to showcase new research findings and innovations, stimulate debates and improve one’s career prospects. The best works will be included in the A4 volumes of Podiatry by Podos Logo Italia.Each document, either Paper or Poster, shall consist of one “A4 sheet” / has to be in A4 format; with no more than /no longer than 2,000 (two thousands) characters. We recommend 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced and 2cm margins. All presentations may include graphics and figures and are to be made in EnglishFollowing the structure of the 5 paragraphs listed below:
1. Title, Authors, affiliation
2. Introduction (practical context and state of the art)
3. Innovation (innovations or innovative practices highlighted)
4. Impact (podiatric practice relevance and its impact on patient/ services)
5. Essential bibliography
In this edition, all scientific contributions must be submitted not later than January 2nd 2018. In case of papers of similar quality priority will be given to papers by colleagues registered in the Congress. The presentation, if accepted, will be made by the first signatory. Based on the judgement of Opinion leaders and Scientific Committee. The Scientific committee and the Opinion leaders will award the authors for the best Presentation and the best Poster. The Scientific Committee and opinion leaders invited will award the best presentation and the best poster.
