COMBINED WITH OUR ADVANCED SOFTWARE ANALYSIS, OUR TEST FACILITY ENSURES THAT ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Metal separation processes are not all the same, even with similar material, and that is why ConveyorTek have invested in a new state of the art testing and simulation facility for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications.
Combined with our advanced software analysis, our test facility ensures that all our products are designed to the highest standard of operational efficiency.
Using our customers’ operating parameters combined with a sample of the actual product, allows us to simulate the process that the equipment is required for. Results are carefully analysed to ensure that the ideal CORE model is chosen to achieve the optimum separation results.
In this way our customer can take delivery of their new CORE equipment with confidence.
All our CORE manufactured products are fully dynamically tested and checked before dispatch and come with a full 12 months parts warranty.

SHREDDERDRUM SEPARATOR
The Shredder Drum Separator uses a combination of the suction force of an electromagnet and the absorption capacity of a permanent magnet.
Listed are 3 different installation methods, each maximising the recovery of iron pieces from shredded scrap, waste and other feds, used commonly in vehicle scrap recycling.
STAINLESSSTEEL SEPARATORThis product is for separating weak magnetic materials, such as stainless steel, by using very high intensity magnetic force. It can reach 14,000 gauss on the drum face and is suitable for separating SUS304 and SUS316 steel from shredded materials.

ELECTROMAGNETIC SEPARATORElectromagnetic Separators provide a very deep magnetic field for recovery of ferrous metals. Current running through copper cables wrapped around a steel armature produces magnetic fields.
For both Heavy and Fines recovery
Available with a belt cleaning conveyor or just as a suspension magnet

EDDY CURRENT SEPARATORThe ConveyorTek CORE Eddy Current Separator (ECS) is widely used in the recycling industry.
The CORE ECS unit is used to separate valuable non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and brass from a material stream. An optional magnet drum can be added to include the extraction of ferrous material.
For a more efficient separation, ConveyorTek incorporate an eccentric rotor in their ECS design. The units come in various rotor strengths to suit all applications.
Our state of the art test facility and advanced software analysis ensure the correct rotor is selected to achieve optimum separation efficiency.
Our units are available in widths from 300mm up to 2000mm.

PLANT PROTECTIONMETAL
DETECTORThe ConveyorTek metal detector utilises pulse detection Technology to protect plant machinery and equipment, by detecting unwanted metals from a conveyed stream of materials.
The metal detector is installed onto a belt conveyor and used to detect metal materials on conveyors with operating speeds of up to 4m per second. The metal detector detects FERROUS metals such as mild steel, carbon steel, cast and wrought iron and NON-FERROUS metals such as copper, aluminium and brass. ConveyorTek’s metal detector is designed to be used on a wide range of varied industries including; quarrying, mining, coal, glass, plastic, rubber, packaging, aggregates and chemicals.
Detection of tramp metal on a conveyor belt. Weather resistant polyamide thermoplastic casing
structure with fast assembly connections. Supplied with an IP65 control panel as standard with
adjustable sensitivity settings via a customer friendly HMI touchscreen.
Password protected data log and history report transferable via USB port.
Standard unit includes a siren and flashing beacon. 25mm sphere detection on all types of metals
including ferrous and non-ferrous. Detection strengths will vary depending on tramp characteristics, environment and location.
