Material DescriptionTi6Al4V is a high strength titanium alloy characterized by high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and biocompatibility. Therefore, it has applications in the aerospace, automotive, medical, chemical, and oil and gas industries. Grade 23 is characterized by a low oxygen content and well-suited for medical applications as well as for other applications that allow higher oxygen concentrations. It is recommended to be used at temperatures below 350°C (660°F).
