Recommendations For Implementation Of Messengers Of Peace in Karnataka

• News letter at the State level and promotional presentation to be made in all State, district and local events for sensitizing the MOP initiative.

• Team Karnataka startup and networking should meet at least once in a year to assess the progress of the MOP and strategize new steps of action.

• The Logo of MOP should be published in State/District/LA magazine every month.

• Free supply of educational/promotional materials such as ribbons, wrist band project cards on requisition of district coordinators from SHQ.

• The State Coordinator must monitor the actions of the district/local coordinators.

• The quarterly assessment of all the district coordinators on the result of MOP activity should be taken up by the State.

• All the District coordinators are now expected to promote the event, update the stories regularly and report the same to the state coordinator every quarterly.

• All the District coordinators are expected to motivate the councils, executive members of the respective districts.

• The Coordinators shall discuss their actions virtually frequently in the Social Media and Communication Platform.

• All the circulars, letter heads, banners made for various events should have the MOP Logo.

• As and when appropriate ensure the MOP URL is emphasised.

• Absent districts may identify their District Coordinators so that MOP initiative reaches to all the districts.
