We are so glad that you are with us today! Our service
will be to praise and worship God and to encourage and uplift us to face another week. We will sing (Eph. 5:19, Col. 3:16), pray (James 5:15-18), and partake of the Lord’s Supper to remember our Savior’s sacrifice on the cross (Acts 20:7, 1 Cor. 11:23-26). We will also give back a portion of the monetary blessings that God has granted us so that we can carry out His work in our community (1 Cor. 16:2, 2 Cor. 9:7). We will also study a lesson from His Word that will hopefully be applicable to our daily lives, so that we can be equipped to handle the pressures of this world and reach those outside of

Coy Hart, Darla Dove’s sister, is having open heart surgery tomorrow in Amarillo, Texas.
Roy Neville has been suffering with sinus problems.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to write for the bulletin this week and to fill the pulpit while Jeremy is home with Karla and baby Mila. We congratulate the Greens in the birth of this precious soul that God has given to them.
As I sit down to write this, I just received a call that a close personal friend has passed, and I am sitting in my office with tears in my eyes. Life is so precious and passes so quickly. God gives us so many blessings, and
I hope we never take them for granted.
Our lesson today is on “COMMITMENT.” I am going to be using Jacob as an example of one of God’s servants that was committed to his goals. I would hope that each of us would take time and reflect on our commitment. Rev. 2:10 reminds us, “…be faithful to the end and we will receive the crown of life.”
Congratulations to Karla and Jeremy Green and their families on the birth of Mila Aryn. Karla is home from the hospital, but Mila is staying a few extra days due to feeding issues.
