verified data for all schedule activities. Establish baselined schedules and manage updates / changes to schedules

via approved changes and a robust method for revision management.  Maintain original & current budget hours for each activity within the project

schedules. Review and analyse schedules for any issues and propose solutions. Conduct critical path and schedule trend analysis as required.  

Contribute scheduling content / data to the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports or KPI reviews.

Conduct field scoping activities to clarify scope as required. Perform constraint analysis against all works undertaken and develop action

plans to mitigate issues / risks. Develop and update project resources (manpower and equipment)

histograms, across all projects and as a portfolio of projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, or as required. 

Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.

Rationalise the work scope into the most efficient / logical plan acceptable to the client and site operational requirements. 

Update plan versus actual progress charts (histograms / S curves). Report and analyse deviations from plan and/or baseline schedules. Prepare and update look-ahead schedules for the client required reporting

periods.  Participate in weekly cross discipline coordination meetings.

Project Roles: Responsible for the compilation, maintenance and management of schedules

and associated planning activities for Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, Fire Proofing, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation scopes of work across a portfolio of projects. Comply with all standards and procedures for the projects planning activities. Ensure all schedules are aligned to the project Norm activities and allow a safe and practical delivery of the work effort.
