MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES
SPRING-SUMMER 2018

As you are already receiving the new Charanga Summer 18 collections, we
would communicate that, after having analyzed the sales by size of our
collection and having into consideration the opinions of our managers and
customers, it has been decided to enhance the size 13-14 within our
children's collections and Teens collection was taken out from our
collections.
Thus, our summer collection 2018 will cover from 0-0 to 14 years. Please
find below the details.
We will continue analyzing sales by sizes to maximize the profitability of our
collections.
New sizing

As a new merchandising
guidelines we should always
try to hang more references,
therefore, we should hang
the small sizes and we would
fold the bigger ones.
In this case we have created
an ambience with jogging
and bassik

Whenever possible we will try to
display three different references
on one shelf.
Especially in boys collection, as
pretty much everything can be
folded, we try to hang the small
sizes and fold the big ones.
We will always try to suggest
an outfit on the shelf,
displaying a top part with a
bottom part and different
ways to match it.
On face out bar we will always
try to display a complete total
look.
Total look: When we suggest
with the display and
complete outfit of two or
more items.

You can support the
collection dressing the
mannequins with the same
collection.
