WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.The Mercedes-AMG GT4 is the latest member of the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport family. Like our Formula 1™, DTM and GT3 champions, it also possesses the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport genes and is a fully fledged racing car. With its optimally tailored package of proven motorsport technology, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 is the perfect entry point into the world of motorsports. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.We step up to the challenge with the aspiration of creating a competitive vehicle for our customers. The Mercedes-AMG GT4 is based on the Mercedes-AMG GT R, which already offers exceptional race track performance as a production sports car. The intelligent combination of close-to-production design and motorsport technology guarantees ease of use and characterizes the Mercedes-AMG GT4, as does its extra ordinary stability.
GENTLEMEN, START YOUR ENGINES.The Mercedes-AMG GT4 leaves nothing to be desired. The vehicle is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine with direct injection and biturbo charging. The proven production technology of the front mid-engine enables extremely long running times and ensures sufficient performance reserves for the future. The same applies to the weight-optimised racing transmission, with a differential that is adjustable from the outside. Like the extremely reliable and easy-to-maintain motorsport electronics, the highly adjustable ABS and optimised AMG TRACTION CONTROL are based on technologies from the Mercedes-AMG GT3. The air lifting system, complete polycarbonate glazing and ultralight body elements such as the bonnet, wings and front bumper made from carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic complete the package.
POWER MEETS PRECISION.Thanks to its powerful engine and six-speed sequential racing transmission, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 generates extraordinary propulsion, which can be mastered with precision. Thanks to its chassis, double-wishbone axles and shock absorbers with adjustable rebound and pressure, as well as adjustable stabilisers, accurate feedback is provided to the driver. Apart from that, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 scores with precise steering responses, enormous agility and excellent traction.
CONTROL FREAKS WELCOME.Consistently reduced to the essentials, the cockpit ensures optimal ergonomics. Exposed carbon and professional motorsport technology dominate the overall look. Inclined towards the driver, the centre console is intuitive, user-friendly and just as impressive as the clearly structured instrument cluster with its puristic design. The removable steering wheel with large adjustment range serves as the control centre for all key functions, and features illuminated controls for good visibility at night. The carbon safety cell offers even tall drivers more than ample space. The adjustable motorsport pedals make it delightfully easy to master the Mercedes-AMG GT4 with precision. Also refreshing are the exceptional airflow in the interior and optional air conditioning.
YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST.The safety concept of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 is in a league of its own. Its extremely torsion-resistant aluminium space frame with high-strength steel roll cage, optimised side impact protection, FIA-certified carbon safety seat and escape hatch in the roof guarantee the pole position for safety in the GT4 class. Of course, passenger safety also is of key importance: a passenger seat box made from carbon is optionally available.

TRIED ANDTESTED.
To ensure immediate competitiveness, the Mercedes-AMG GT4 has undergone an intensive, year-long test programme.
Three prototypes completed over 37,000 miles across more than ten different race tracks in Europe and the US.
The car demonstrated its high stability during a 30-hour endurance test on the Lausitzring race track, passing with flying colors.
The fifth race in the VLN endurance racing championship on the Nürburgring marked the start of the second phase of vehicle development – testing under
race conditions. With a class victory on the Nordschleife, the car celebrated a successful debut.
During further endurance tests in Portimão, Spa-Francorchamps and COTA, the Mercedes-AMG test teams placed their bet on ambitious amateur drivers in addition
to AMG factory drivers. The amateur driver’s feedback provided valuable insights that helped with fine-tuning to ensure optimal driveability of the Mercedes-AMG GT4. After all,
these drivers are the target group for whom the car was designed.
THE FULL PACKAGE.
When we start something, we do it right. Based on this philosophy, Mercedes-AMG entered the world of customer
racing in 2011 with the SLS AMG GT3 and achieved immediate success. The same applies for the successor to the gullwing car, the
Mercedes-AMG GT3. In its debut year of 2016 the Mercedes-AMG GT3recorded a historic quadruple victory in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring.
The expertise acquired from these successes is incorporated in the Mercedes-AMG GT4.
Our desire to launch a winning racing car from the outset remains unchanged. Customers can count on a comprehensive support programme, including technical
trainings, AMG drivers and on-site service with spare part trucks and support engineers at selected races.
Mercedes-AMG GT4 owners receive access to the Customer Service Portal (CSP), an essential online platform where spare parts can be ordered quickly and reliably. This platform also gives
customers the opportunity to participate in an internal Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Championship, in which the Mercedes-AMG GT4 will be incorporated. Teams and drivers of the car can also look
forward to further, magnificent experiences – from exciting test days to various events such as the legendary Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Season Finale.
