Piping – How things go wrong

Power plant steam turbine – steam pipe under lube oil pipe.

Hostel – drinking water pipe and sewage pipe too close.

Automobile – brake oil leak on alternator. Pipes running into beams, columns, walls, … Pipe centerline O.K. (?) but insulation fouls

with walls/ceiling.
