Tsarskaya Ohota is universally recognized to be one of the single greatest restaurants of Russian cuisine in the world. Its homemade pirozhki, that people are ready to drive especially to Zhukovka for, have become practically legendary, just as the historical meetings that have taken place here. The most renowned rendezvous was the dinner held by Boris Yeltsin and Jacque Chirac at Tsarskaya Ohota in 1998.

It’s a point of pride for Arkady Novikov to serve guests who wield real power. Head chef Dmitry Kanevsky, in his turn, is proud to present a menu that is truly based on traditional Russian gastronomic life. The chef is absolutely convinced that it is his guest and his wishes that the chef’s work must be devoted to.

Appreciating our hospitality, friendly attitude and delicious cuisine our guests have started to order our meals while travelling by their private jets. And we have become aware of the keen necessity to develop the theme of on-board meals.
