ENTITY Academy is an intensive internship program bringing together a collective of

young women and men from across the country. These young leaders are afforded a unique

opportunity to explore their career and life ambitions; gain invaluable digital media skills;

as well as build long-lasting relationships with extraordinary female mentors and fellow

mentees. ENTITY Academy’s curated mentorship program trains millennial and Gen Z

leaders to be successful communicators in today’s globalized world. Jennifer Schwab,

Founder/CEO, started ENTITY in 2016 with the goal of scaling mentorship for women.
