Memphis Events managed and marketed the annual CTO Conference that is a branch of TfNSW. The event was mismanaged by previous management and we only had a 3month period to turn a 3day conference that expected 250 attendees around. We had a registration site up in less than a week and established existing sponsorship relationship and a speaker roster in less than 3 weeks. This was a tremendous effort from our team.

The CEO was clear in his messaging as the sector was going through major reforms that is implemented by TfNSW.

RESULTSWe successfully executed the 3day conference from the 2nd – 4th of November which entailed a training day, 2 plenary sessions, 4 workshops, Melbourne Cup Live feed, Social Event, Sponsor Breakfast and a Gala Dinner.

• Established a colour theme for the conference (Orange) that was carried through the marketing collateral, website, newsletter, social media and even the band dressed up in orange for the conference dinner.

+ Managed 20 suppliers including AV, Venue, Catering, Logistics, Theming, Website and Speakers

+ Managed all Event Communication, Event Coordination, Event Production, format and content, invites and registrations

+ Audience, sponsors and suppliers all provided positive feedback
