<^^ MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF QATAR AND THE GOVERNMENTOF THE REPUBLICOF CYPRUS Delegations representing the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, hereinafter referred to as "the Qatari Delegation" and "the Cyprus Delegation" respectively or "the Contracting Party" and collectively "the Delegations" or "the Contracting Parties", the members of which appear in the list attached as (Appendix I), have met in Doha on the 9th of March 2014 to discuss matters related to air services between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. The negotiations were held in a cordial and friendly atmosphere, and both delegations expressed their desire to further promote and enhance their aeronautical relations in a spirit of cooperation and complete understanding for their mutual benefits. Both Parties agreed on the following: 1. Fifth Freedom Passenger Operation; Both Delegations have agreed for the designated airlines of both Contracting Parties to operate full 5th Freedom on two beyond points to be determined by each Contracting Party. Points in Greece will be agreed upon by both Contracting Parties. 2. Fifth Freedom Cargo Operation; Both Delegations have agreed for the designated airlines of both Contracting Parties to exercise full 5th freedom traffic rights cargo operation as per the route schedule annexed to the Air Services Agreement. 3. Co-operation between the designated airlines; Both Delegations agreed for the designated airlines to meet within a period of one month to review the opportunity on Code Share operations. Page 1 of 4

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF QATAR

AND

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS

Delegations representing the Government of the State of Qatar and theGovernment of the Republic of Cyprus, hereinafter referred to as "the QatariDelegation" and "the Cyprus Delegation" respectively or "the ContractingParty" and collectively "the Delegations" or "the Contracting Parties", themembers of which appear in the list attached as (Appendix I), have met inDoha on the 9th of March 2014 to discuss matters related to air servicesbetween the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of theRepublic of Cyprus.

Both Parties agreed on the following:

4. Other Matters;Both Delegations agreed to replace the words "traffic rights" with "routerights" in Paragraph (b) of Annex B attached to the MOU signed on 5th June2013.

5. Effect of the MOU:The two Delegations have agreed that the contents of this Memorandum ofUnderstanding shall come into effect as from the date of signature of thisMOU.
