MONCES, of legal, Filipino, widower and resident of Baua, Gonzaga, Cagayan hereinafter known as the FIRST PARTY;-and-ELIZABETH DAGAN, of legal, Filipino, and resident of Gonzaga, Cagayan hereinafter known as the SECOND PARTYWITNESSETH:WHEREAS, BOTH PARTIES are the attorneys-in-fact granted with the authority to sell and/or lease-out that parcels of land situated in the Sta. Maria, Gonzaga, Cagayan, covered by Gss(af)-02-000041 consisting of 289 hectares, more or less.WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY found buyer/s of the abovementioned parcel of land.WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY submits to the fact that the FIRST PARTY as the finder of buyer/s, controls the representation of the owners to the buyer/s.WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is entitled to jack-up the purchase price of the subject land.WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY generously shares to the SECOND PARTY a FIXED amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND Philippine Currency(P100,000.00) per one (1) hectare of the abovementioned land sold to the buyer/s.WHERAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees that her share from the proceeds of the sale of the abovementioned land shall only be in the fixed amount of P100,000.00 per one (1) hectare, nothing more, nothing less.WHEREAS, any proceed of the sale gained from the jack-up purchase price by the FIRST PARTY shall SOLELY accrue to FIRST PARTYs benefit without giving any more share to the SECOND PARTY.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ___________________, in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
