11-29-2013MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT FOR AMENDING THE UNIFORM

    NATURALIZATION ACT OF 2013

Introduction: In the world of fictions, if you change one part of the fiction, it changes the

fiction into another fiction. The Monarchs are very good at making this happen to gain

power of attorney of another nation or state. All you have to do is alter the name of a

country in a very slight manner which changes the fiction into another fiction that a

Monarch controls and you have usurped power of attorney without any of the people of

that country ever knowing the difference unless you are paying attention.

    Facts:

1: The second Continental Congress convened in 1775 and created the Articles of

    Association.

2: The second Continental Congress convened and wrote the Declaration of Independence

with two separate entities in the document:

A: the thirteen united States of America

B: the united States of America

    Third Entity:

3: the United States of America in Congress assembled

Fourth Entity that was voted in by all of the people and it was settled:

4: The United States, in Congress assembled convened in 1781 after the surrender of

Charles Cornwallis, under the entity The United States of America.

And finally a name for Congress:

A Separate entity from the Articles of Confederation was created:

5: The Treaty of Paris, signed on September 3, 1783, ended theAmerican Revolutionary

War betweenGreat Britain on one side and theUnited States of America and its allies on

the other. The other combatant nations,France,Spain and theDutch Republic hadseparate agreements; for details of these, and the negotiations which produced all four

    treaties, seePeace of Paris (1783).[1][2]

    Its territorial provisions were "exceedingly

generous" to the United States in terms of enlarged boundaries.

A: The Bank of New Yorkwas a globalfinancial services company established in 1784 by theAmerican Founding FatherAlexander Hamilton. It existed until its merger with theMellonFinancial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1]The company now continues under the new name ofThe Bank of New York Mellon or BNY Mellon.

B: This particular entity: the United States of America did not exist until 1789 and a war

never existed between the United States of America and Great Britain.

Here are some notes on the subject of this entity:

The Federal Convention convened in the State House (Independence Hall) in Philadelphia onMay 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of Confederation. Because the delegations from only twostates were present initially, the members adjourned from one day to the next until a quorum ofseven states was obtained on May 25. Through discussion and debate it became clear by mid-June that, rather than amend the existing Articles of Confederation, the convention would draftan entirely new framework for the government. All through the summer, the delegates debated, drafted, and redrafted the articles of the new Constitution in closed sessions. Among the chief

points at issue were how much power to allow the central government, how many representativesin Congress to allow each state, and how these representatives should be elected--directly by thepeople or by the state legislators. The Constitution was the work of many minds and stands as amodel of cooperative statesmanship and the art of compromise.

C: This particular entity: the United States of America did not exist until 1789:

D: The Constitution for the United States of America had a foreign Prince as its Arch

Treasurer. Could it be that the loyalists to the Crown setup their own government meaning

the Masonic Secret Society, undermining the authority of the Sovereign nation called The

United States of America. Further, that the Articles of Confederation were not strong

enough to collect the English taxes still being imposed by the Arch Treasurer on the

Sovereign nation of The United States of America., and that todays Bank of New York

actually belongs to the Monarchs of Europe imposing their tax upon the Sovereign people

of The United States of America?

E: After the Convention of 1789, George Washington never went back to the United States,

in Congress assembled and properly ratified nor amended the Articles of Confederation,

therefore broke chain of title to all property owned by The United States of America. The

States never had the authority to ratify any Constitution because it violated Article 13 of

    the Articles of Confederation:

    ARTICLE XIII.

Every State shall abide by the determination of the United States in Congress assembled, on allquestions which by this confederation are submitted to them. And the Articles of thisConfederation shall be inviolably observed by every State, and the Union shall be perpetual; norshall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them; unless such alteration beagreed to in a Congress of the United States, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures ofevery State.

Fact: Only 39 out of 74 delegates witnessed the Constitution of the United States, the delegatesnever ratified the amendments to the Articles of Confederation and therefore the States did nothave the authority to ratify anything and therefore,

F: George Washington never had supreme executive authority over the United States

because it was never granted to him. That means there are two distinct United States, One

a legitimate Confederacy called the United States, in Congress assembled and one that was

a usurpation of the Arch Treasurer of England, in the form of a Corporation today:

(1)Land Ordinance of 1785Congress then passed the Land Ordinance of 1785 to establish order in the West. The

ordinance stipulated that new western towns were to be thirty-six miles square, with one

square mile set aside for schools. All public lands were to be auctioned off to the highest

bidders, providing all Americans the chance to migrate and settle in the West.

(2)Notice it reads Americans and not Citizens of the United States(3) 1787: The Northwest Ordinance also abolished slavery in the territories and

granted freedom of religion and the right to trial by jury.

    (4)Legacy of the Land Ordinances

These land ordinances were the only major successes that Congress had under the

Articles. The Northwest Ordinance proved incredibly successful and influential

because it allowed the small country to grow without devolving into an

undemocratic empire. Unlike European powers that exploited their territories as

colonies to be mined, Congress declared that all American territories could become

fully equal states with the same status and privileges as the original founding states.

    5: Jumping ahead to 1871:

The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871:

A: According to the United States Supreme Court those charter acts (first acts) were the

official incorporation of the formal municipal government of the District of Columbia as

chartered by Congress in accord with the Constitutions provision. Again, the Supreme

Court called that body of government a corporation, with the right to sue and be sued.

Since 1801 The District of Columbia has been consistently recognized as a municipal

    corporation with its own government.

B: This means that the United States of America has always been under the British

Crown and was never independent. It was The United States of America that was and still

is an Independent Nation with naturalized American Nationals. Anyone that calls

themselves citizens of a state under the Bank of New York doing business as a National

Government, a U.S. citizen, U.S. National, or a Citizen of the United States are subjects of

the British crown and have never been naturalized as American Nationals which would

make them natural born Native Americans.

C: Look at what happens in 1784:

Here is a copy of the heading of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874:

Treaty Concerning the Formation of a General Postal Union, Concluded Between

Germany, Austria-Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Spain, The United States ofAmerica, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Norway, The Netherlands,

Portugal, Roumania, Russia, Servia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.

Almost all original parties to the General Postal Union Treaty wereMonarchs or still are monarchs:

    1: Kingdom of the Netherlands

KingWillem-Alexander of the Netherlands, the reigning monarch of the Kingdom of theNetherlands. At the time this picture was taken he was still the Prince of Orange.

    2: Portugal

After the1910 revolution deposed the monarchy, the democratic but unstablePortuguese FirstRepublic was established, itself being superseded by the"Estado Novo" right-wing authoritarian

    regime.

3: Servia: NOTICE THE NAME CHANGE TO SERBIA

AEuropean kingdom in the north-western part of the Balkan peninsula

4: Roumania: NOTICE THE NAME CHANGE TO ROMANIA

TheUnited Principalities emerged when the territories ofMoldavia andWallachia were

united under PrinceAlexander Ioan Cuza in 1859. In 1866 Prince Karl ofHohenzollern-

Sigmaringen was called to the throne as the Ruling Prince of the Romanian Principate andin 1881 he was finally crowned asKing Carol I the first monarch of theKingdom of

Romania.Independence from theOttoman Empire wasdeclared on 9 May 1877, and was

internationallyrecognised the following year. At the end ofWorld War I,Transylvania,

Bukovina andBessarabia united with the Kingdom of Romania.

By the 18th century, the nation had greatly expanded through conquest, annexation, and

US$2.8 billion and gave Chase access to 338 additional branches and 700,000 newcustomers in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State area.

December 4, 2006: The Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation announceda merger, in which the name would be changed to The Bank of New York MellonCorporation, or BNY Mellon, creating the world's largest securities servicing provider

and a top asset management firm globally. May 2007:Russia filed aUS$22.5 billion lawsuit against the bank formoney

laundering.[13]The suit was subsequently settled for $14 million.[14]

    Merger with Mellon

    Madison Avenue branch

Talks of a merger began when Tom Renyi approachedRobert Kelly about a possibleamalgamation between the Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation.[15]The$16.5billion deal was finalized on July 1, 2007, with Kelly as theChief Executive Officer (CEO) of

the new company, and Renyi as Executive Chairman.[15][16]Per the deal, the newBoard ofDirectors is composed of ten directors appointed by the Bank of New York, and eight byMellon.[17]The Bank of New York Mellon launched its new brand identity as on October 1,2007.

    Currency Trading Lawsuit

In October, 2011, the Justice Department and New York's attorney general filed civil lawsuitsagainst the Bank of New York, alleging foreign currency fraud. The suits hold that the bankdeceived pension-fund clients by manipulating the prices assigned to them for foreign currency

transactions. Allegedly, the bank selected the day's lowest rates for currency sales and highestrates for purchases, appropriating the difference as corporate profit. The scheme is said to havegenerated $2 billion for the bank, at the expense of millions of Americans' retirement funds, andto have transpired over more than a decade. Purportedly, the bank would offer secret pricingdeals to clients who raised concerns, in order to avoid discovery. Bank of New York hasdefended itself vigorously, maintaining the fraud accusations are "flat out wrong" and warningthat as the bank employs 8,700 employees in New York, any damage to the bank would havenegative repercussions for the state of New York.

Therefore, it is necessary to amend the UNIFORM NATURALIZATION ACT OF 2013 inorder to protect the affirmed American Nationals from this secret war against the sovereignty ofThe United States of America.
