I just had an interesting conversation with a friend of mine, Charles Koppleman, who is the Chief Executive

Officer of 'Martha Stewart Living'... he is Martha Stewart.

They are interested in developing a show for Mindy within their own organization, for her to become the next

Martha Stewart. I only want to be a part of it if there is a way for Sony to be involved. We should talk about that

whenever we get a chance.
