To: All Staff and InternsFrom: Mr. Raman Bhatnagar, CEO, QuickHealSubject: Change in 'Work from Home' Policy

Date: Friday, February 20, 2015

Every employee is aware of the fact that the sought development level for the organization is not being met. It has arrived at the notice of the board that employees working from home are not productive enough and don't diligently deal with their targets. Along these lines, the organization is abolishing the policy of 'Work from Home'.

QuickHeal is known for quality conveyance to its clients. The organization always hunts for the best of the individuals to work towards the mission of the company. However, such the level of such dedication is not uniform in the organisation.

The administration feels that the an employee's productivity depends on his surroundings. While working in-office, staff mingles which ensures their overall development. This, in turn, reflects in the numbers of the company. Employees feel more motivated and enthusiastic about the work than they feel if they work from home.

Also, the management has certain plans for employee engagement and culture development. These plans can be executed only if the employees work under one roof. We are open to recruit the employees who were previously working from home as 'in-office' employees.

We concur that the execution of a sudden change may not be simple for some. Thus, I invite all of you to 'All Hands' in the TGIF Event to be held onMarch 11, 2015at Hyatt, Raipur,7:00 p.m.onwards. If there are any queries regarding the policy changes, the house will be open for discussion.

All the best!
