GymOur gyms are equipped with a combination of machine and free weights, and a full range of cardio machines. There is plenty of variety to keep your workouts varied and you striving.

Fitness classesWe have the ideal range and diversity of fitness classes. Our fitness classes run for 30 mins to 1 hour, and include popular Les Mills programs, boxing, freestyle fitness and aqua fitness. Aqua classes are run in heated, chest deep or deep water indoor pools.

Swimming poolsAll centres feature large 25 metre swimming pools so you can enjoy a relaxing swim or walk in a heated indoor pool all year round. Each centre also has shallow swimming areas for children, and Swan Park has an outdoor pool, perfect for hot days in summer.

Spa & saunaRelax your body and mind in the warmth of our spas, available at all of our centres. You can also unwind in our sauna at Swan Park. These recovery tools can be just as important as the workout themselves. They are great for improving circulation, stress relief and detoxification. Combine your workout with a sauna or spa and you will leave with a healthy mind and body.

Crèche Crèche facilities are available at both Altone Park and Swan Park leisure centres. Our crèches are run by dedicated and experienced staff, equipped to look after children from eight weeks of age to five years. A mums and bubs membership includes crèche access for two children, otherwise casual fees apply.

How to join

Personal health and exercise consultation These sessions will help you measure where you are at today and where you want to be. You will also learn a variety of exercises, the correct way to train and ideas to mix up your workout to receive the best results possible for you.

Personal exercise plan If it is muscle gain, weight loss, general toning or fitness no matter your goal, our qualified personal trainers will develop a program that will best help you achieve this.

Bimonthly personal health and exercise check-inWe understand that it can be difficult to stay motivated. Our bimonthly personal health and exercise check-ins are designed to support you to stay motivated by updating and adjusting your fitness program to keep you on track.
