To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all people using the courts and pools, please observe the policies and

common courtesies listed below when using the tennis courts and swimming pools.

ALL MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN AT PRO SHOP PRIOR TO ACCESSING FACILITIES.

Rules of the Courts…• Always make a reservation when using the tennis courts.

Reservations may be made by calling 917-2466 48 hours in advance.

• When cancellations are necessary, please notify the Pro Shop as soon as possible.

• Vacate your court promptly at the conclusion of your reserved time when others are waiting.

• Members are to register guests on the “Member/Guest” log located at window of the Pro Shop.

• Avoid excessive noise, talking on cell phones, etc. that could disturb players on nearby courts.

• Smoking on courts is prohibited.• Always wear proper tennis attire and (non-marking)

tennis shoes on the courts.• Help keep the courts ready for next players by placing all

trash and used balls in the trash receptacles, removing personal items and returning all towels to the fitness center.

• Report any substandard conditions or misuse of the facilities to the Pro Shop.

Rules of the Pools & Fitness Center…• All children must be accompanied by an adult.• Lap swimmers have priority in the lap pool except during

scheduled classes. Vacate lanes promptly when finished exercising if others are waiting.

• Running, rough playing and excessive noise and splashing are prohibited.

• Adhere to time limits on fitness machines when others are waiting. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Lockers are for day use only. Locks left on overnight will be cut off and the contents removed.

• Help keep pool area and locker rooms presentable by using trash receptacles, placing used towels in hampers and properly placing personal items out of the way of others when using the pool. Remember to take all personal items when leaving the pool area.

PAYMENT POLICYNew memberships require payment of a one-time, non-refundable, nontransferable initiation fee and payment of monthly dues. Dues and resort charges are due on the 15th of each month and are considered delinquent if not paid by the end of the month. Management will apply a late fee ($5) and/or cancel membership for delinquent accounts. Any member account over 30 days past due will be assessed a late fee. Accounts over 60 days past due will be suspended and accounts over 90 days past due will be subject to cancellation and loss of membership privileges. Reinstatement of membership will require initiation fee. Medical Leave: Half the amount of monthly dues can be frozen for up to, but not exceeding, 90 days. After that period of time, Members are required to either continue payment of full dues, or resign their membership.
