SCHEDULE OF CHARGES & FEES (Effective December 31, 2016)

The following list of fees reflects the philosophy of the Credit Union that the fairest treatment of all members requires the assessment of some fees on costly services to those members who utilize the service. This philosophy has been adopted to ensure the most equitable treatment of all members. Fees are based on the Total Loan & Share Balances the member holds within these ranges: Less than $100, $100 - $24,999.99, $25,000 +

DISCLOSURE ON PINLESS TRANSACTIONS

Central Maine Federal Credit Union enables non-Visa debit transaction processing and does not require that each such transaction be authenticated by a PIN. A non-Visa debit transaction may occur on your Central Maine Credit Union Visa debit card through the Accel Network. Below are examples to distinguish between a Visa debit and a non-Visa debit transaction:

• To initiate a Visa debit transaction at the point of sale, the cardholder signs a receipt, provides a card number (e.g., in e-commerce or mail/telephone order environments), or swipes/inserts the card through a point-of-sale terminal.

• To initiate a non-Visa debit transaction, the cardholder enters a PIN at the point-of-sale terminal or, for certain bill-payment transactions, provides the account number for an e-commerce or mail/telephone order transaction after clearly indicating a preference to route it as a non-Visa transaction. A non-Visa debit transaction will not provide the zero-liability protection benefit. Provisions of the cardholder agreement relating only to Visa transactions are inapplicable to non-Visa transactions.

Central Maine Credit Union employees volunteered over 300 hours in our community in 2016!
