MEMBER BEHAVIOUR POLICYThe Medallion Club is proud to uphold the true tradition of football being a family sport. It seeks to ensure that all Members and guests enjoy the experience in safe and comfortable surroundings without fear of verbal or physical abuse, either personally or as a witness.
Medallion Club will not tolerate: foul language, drunkenness, sitting in seats that are allocated to other Members, any form of abuse, physical or verbal, threatening behaviour, damage to property, fraudulent misrepresentation and any form of discrimination.
Any persons who engage in this type of behaviour will be removed from Medallion Club and Etihad Stadium. Depending on the severity of the behaviour this may incur suspension of membership. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their guests are aware of Medallion Club policies and procedures. Please advise your nearest Customer Service staff member of any inappropriate behaviour and Medallion Club staff will take appropriate action to address the issue.
GETTING TO MEDALLION CLUB Medallion Club is located on Level 2 of Etihad Stadium. It can be accessed through entry points at Gate 8 or Gate 9.
TICKETING Ticketing is available to Members via their 2017 Member e-ticket account.
Members will be notified via email when accounts have been activated. Please ensure we have the correct email address for the administrator of your account.
Season and car park tickets, where applicable, will be uploaded into Member e-ticket accounts mid February, for distribution prior to the 2017 AFL Home and Away Season.

We welcome you and your guests to the Medallion Club. The Medallion Club is committed to delivering quality events and entertainment to Members. This booklet is designed to assist in maximising your experience within the Medallion Club at Etihad Stadium.
MEMBER SERVICES DEPARTMENTOur Member Services Team is available to assist during the following hours of operation:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Event Day Midweek: 8.30am until the start of the event Weekend: 3 hours prior to the start of the event
The Member Services Team can also be contacted by emailing [email protected] or by phoning 1300 650 325.
The Member Services Desk operates on event days and is situated on the concourse opposite Gate 2. Member Services staff are also located at the information desks in the Hub entrances of Aisles 6 and 19.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS To assist us in keeping you up to date with the latest Member news, please notify us of any change of contact details for your licencee, administrator or associates. Email change of address details to [email protected]
MEDALLION CLUB DRESS CODESmart casual is the minimum dress requirement for entry. If members or guests are attending The Grille, we prefer gentleman wear a collar.
To avoid embarrassment or inconvenience unacceptable clothing items are: tracksuit pants, sports attire, untidy or dirty clothing, beachwear or midriff tops, rubber thongs, ugg boots or moccasins, sleeveless tops, tank tops and singlets for men, including football jumpers.
ADDITIONAL SPORTING EVENTS Additional sporting events are part of the Medallion Club memberships package. When a new sporting event is announced, tickets will be uploaded into Member accounts once event times and dates are confirmed.
Members will be notified via email of any changes or additions to the event calendar.
REISSUING TICKETSIn the event that tickets need to be reissued please contact us by calling 1300 650 325 or email us at [email protected].
Alternatively, on event day go to the Gate 2 Medallion Club Customer Service window for assistance.
ACCESS TO THE MCG – AFL MEMBERSHIP (MCG ONLY) Members of the Medallion Club will be issued with one AFL Full Membership (MCG games only) per seat held at Etihad Stadium.
The Medallion Club AFL card entitles the holder entry into the AFL Reserve as follows:
• All 2017 AFL Toyota Premiership Season games held at the MCG*
• Access to purchase Reserved Seat Packages at the MCG*
• Access to purchase 2017 AFL Toyota Final Series for weeks 1, 2 and 3*
• Guaranteed access to purchase 2017 AFL Toyota Grand Final tickets (conditions apply)
• Access to purchase tickets to the AFL Reserve for the Boxing Day test matches, one-day internationals and 20/20 internationals held at the MCG*
*Subject to availability
SEATING AT THE MCG – AFL MEMBERSHIP (MCG ONLY)• Pre-book reserved seats via Ticketek outlets, Ticketek online
(ticketek.com.au), or by calling 1300 552 072.
• Scan in on match day without pre-booking. However, this is strictly subject to availability and in the event that the AFL Reserve is full, access will be denied
• Purchase one (1) member and up to four (4) guest passes per barcode for Home and Away games held at the MCG, subject to availability
• All finals information regarding on-sale dates and how to purchase will be sent to Members via Medallion Club emails

COLLECTION FOR GUESTS/CLIENTS – MCG If there are multiple games held at the MCG in one weekend and you wish to leave your cards for collection on game day, please place your AFL membership card/s in a clearly marked envelope with the name of the person collecting and date of the match. Envelopes can be left at Gate 7 (access is available from the internal concourse) for collection from the Gate 7 external ticket window.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Grille, presented by Penfolds
The Medallion Club’s finest à la carte restaurant, located at Aisle 17.
Offering a selection of Gippsland pasture fed and certified Angus grain fed steaks cooked to order on our char grill and accompanied by a variety of sauces and side dishes.
The Grille menu will change on a monthly basis with our half-time fare or King Island cheeseboard always on offer. Select from our ever-increasing wine list produced exclusively by Penfolds.
The Grille has limited capacity and is extremely popular, so we suggest making a reservation early, especially for evening games.
Please be advised that all produce is cooked to order and there may be a slight delay during busy events. To ensure that you can make it to your seat for the first bounce, please arrive 90 minutes prior to the game’s commencement.
The Grille staff will take orders until the end of half time.

The Carvery
The most popular restaurant within the Medallion Club, the highlight being our display of stunning fresh seafood. Our buffet is also complemented by a range of charcuterie and antipasti.
We offer slow roasted, carved meats and a variety of enticing main courses, catering for a wide range of dietary tastes and appetites.
Finally, spoil yourself at the dessert station with a selection of delicious handmade desserts, the crowd pleasing chocolate fountain, Connoisseur ice cream and a variety of King Island cheeses.
The Carvery will open until the end of half time. Reserve your table and graze for the day at your leisure, while still catching the on-field action on our various screens within the restaurant.
Children dine for free on Saturday and Sunday ‘day’ games throughout the AFL home and away season.
The Sports Bar
Located at Aisle 21, The Sports Bar is a friendly, casual, à la carte dining option.
Catch all the latest sporting action from around the world on the many available screens or enjoy a game of pool or darts!
A great place to meet before the game for casual dining or drinks.
Retaining all of your old favourite dishes along with some new tempting monthly running specials. Simply order at the bar and your food will be delivered directly to your table.
Food will be available to order until the end of quarter time, no bookings required.
DRINKS
Terrace Bar and Balcony
The most popular place to meet for drinks, prior, during and post events. With a varied selection of local and international beers and wines, located at Aisle 12.
Offering a relaxed atmosphere, with prime viewing positions and extensive screens for you to enjoy all the action on the field.
Light snacks are available from the bar, as well as wood-fired pizzas and kransky’s from our very own wood fired pizza oven on the Balcony.
Live entertainment is on offer every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the AFL Home and Away Season.
PAYMENT OPTIONSAlong with the traditional methods of payment we offer two alternative payment options for our Members and their guests.
Medallion Club Charge Card
An alternative to cash or credit card, Charge Card is a debit card that is transferable and can be given to clients or guests for use on event day. Deposit a predetermined amount from $50 to $1000 on your Charge Card and each time the card is used the transaction will be debited from your account. Charge Cards are perfect for entertaining or as a staff reward and can be topped up. Charge Cards can be used at all bars, restaurants and retail outlets within the Medallion Club.

Credit Card Authorisation
An alternative to the Medallion Club Charge Card and equally as convenient is the Credit Card Authorisation option. This option allows you to prepay for your dining or beverage account on your own credit card and set the dollar limit at the Medallion Club restaurant where your dining reservation is held. This is a perfect way to prepay for guests when you are not attending on the day.
Download the authorisation form from the Medallion Club website and scan and email to [email protected] before 3pm on the Friday prior to the event.
Please note that you will need to make a dining reservation and quote the reference number for your booking on the authorisation form.
RETAIL OUTLETS Take-away food and beverages are available from the retail outlets located in the Medallion Club at Aisles 5 – 7 and 18 – 20. Outlets offer a range of food from Thai cuisine, pizza, pie and chips, to ice cream and espresso coffee.
OPEN HOURS – DINING AND OUTLETSFood and beverage facilities in the Medallion Club are open subject to gate opening times and demand.
