2016 WIDR MEMBER DIRECTORY OF ADR PRACTITIONERS

INTRODUCTION

The WIDR (Women in Dispute Resolution) Member Directory of ADR Practitioners is a searchable pdf of WIDR members. In order to assist those seeking to increase the number of women used as dispute resolution neutrals, names, specific practice areas, types of practice, and geographic location along with their website links have been provided. WIDR is open to all members of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and the directory reflects representation of both men and women.

This is a listing of those WIDR members who responded to the survey we sent out and as such is not a comprehensive list of all WIDR members. A complete listing of WIDR members can be found on our WIDR Committee website: WIDR Membership List.

Thank you for reviewing and using this valuable resource and for sharing it with your colleagues!

Best regards,

Gilda R. Turitz, Esq. www.sideman.com

o National, Far West, Northern California, Southern California, Greater Sacramento I founded Better Solutions Mediation & Law Services because a wanted to help people resolve their disputes without battling in Court. As a litigator I saw the high cost a family pays when it gets sucked into the adversarial world of family court. Not only is it more expensive to hire two attorneys and fight in court, there are other, longer lasting costs to the family including the physical and emotional stress on the children and their parents, the lack of productive communication that creates unnecessary conflict and fuels ongoing difficulties for years after the legal issues have been decided.
