Introduction

This presentation represents the proposal for long-term care services within our establishment. It is my opinion that expansion of our facility to cover long-term care services will greatly assist in not only expanding our brand name but will also prepare our establishment for future population shifts, changing trends and community needs. Therefore, I present this proposal to the board of directors in hopes of creating a shared vision for our organization.

Conclusion In this presentation, I have presented many aspects required to appropriately expand our establishment to include long-term care services. By including long-term care services within our establishment, we are preparing ourselves for future trends, increased revenue and answering the call for change within our community. It is my vision for the board of directors to allow this addition of long-term care services and begin implementing this plan for change immediately.
