As a current Architectural Intern in the NCARB AXP program, I take pride and value in each and every opportunity to learn, experience, and contribute to the field of architecture, as well as it’s influencing counterparts. Whether it be healthcare, education, entertainment and theater, or a private residence, each project offers a wealth of value in understanding the client, the structure, as well as the resounding significance and future impact. While gaining experience on a project, my greatest accomplishment is the recognition of not just obtaining a job and producing a structure, but respected self worth in a thriving distinguished career.

Irondequoit inn│Piseco, NY

│Renovation[Construction completed June 2016]

Grand Re-Opening Ceremony June 2016

Desicription: The existing Irondequoit Inn, established in 1892 on Piseco Lake was looking to increase and update energy efficiency, and improve room accomodations for it’s guests. Development of the project scope included determining a phasing plan which was driven by the Inn’s operating needs and financial funding available. Since it’s establishment, the Irondequoit Inn has seen many renova-tions and additions utilizing various construction means and methods, resulting in the need for extensive Construction Administration Services as the project progressed. The desired outcome was to bringin a touch of modern architecture, yet retain many of the existing rustic characteristics through inte-rior design and material selection to maintain it’s original style.
