Melbourne Star offers a rare kind of escapism – 30
blissful minutes to float up away from it all.
Sit back and relax in the comfort of a fully enclosed
glass cabin overlooking our beautiful city and
beyond… This is Melbourne like you’ve never seen
it before.
There are many ways to experience Melbourne Star.
For locals or visitors, groups or FITs Melbourne Star
offers an array of memorable experiences.
For family outings, romantic dates, marriage proposals
or even weddings, business meetings or incentive
groups – we offer a special way to celebrate.
Melbourne Star is a must-do experience for international
visitors allowing them to discover Melbourne from a
different perspective.
CAPACITY AND FLIGHT TIMES
Bookings can be made for individuals or groups
of up to 20 guests per cabin, with 21 cabins
available.
Melbourne Star can accommodate 420 guests
every 30 minutes or up to 8,000 guests per day
Cabins can accommodate up to 15 guests per
flight when complemented by a food and
beverage service.
Flight time on Melbourne Star is 30 minutes, but
we strongly recommend your guests allow 60
minutes in total to include a relaxing pre-and
post-flight experience.
Last flight departs 30 minutes prior to
advertised closing time. Last Private Cabin
Departs 1 hour prior to advertised closing time.

At 120m high, Melbourne Star is as tall as a 40-storey
building
Melbourne Star’s distinctive “Star within a Star” wheel
design supports 21 temperature-controlled, fully
enclosed glass cabins, with audio commentary
Enjoy spectacular 360-degree views of Melbourne, the
bay and the surrounding areas
Spot some of Melbourne’s most iconic sights, like the
Port of Melbourne, Spirit of Tasmania docks,
Williamstown Naval Dockyards, the Westgate and
Bolte Bridges, Albert Park Lake, Marvel Stadium and
Flemington Racecourse
See right across the bay to Arthur’s Seat, the
Mornington and Bellarine peninsulas and inland as far
as the You Yangs, Mount Macedon and the Yarra
Valley

GENERAL ADMISSION FLIGHT
Experience a single 30-minute flight in temperature-controlled comfort, including an in-cabin audio tour.
SPARKLING FLIGHT*
Enjoy a drink with the best views going around with your choice of Australian sparkling, red or white wine, beer or soft drink. Maximum 20 guests per cabin, up to 21 cabins available. *Alcohol can only be served to guests over the age of 18.
COFFEE/TEA & COOKIE FLIGHT
Soak in the views and enjoy the experience while sipping on a tea or coffee and a cookie. Maximum 20 guests per cabin, up to 21 cabins available.
PRIVATE CATERED CABIN*
Book your very own Private Cabin complemented with a High Tea or delicious pre-dinner canapés, accompanied by your choice of Australian sparkling, red or white wine, beer or soft drink. *Alcohol can only be served to guests over the age of 18.

Groups and FITs can now complement their flight on Melbourne Star with a dining option by choosing from one of the following restaurant experiences:
