• Developed a product – Endoscopy washing machine where we just need to load the endoscopy after surgery .Auto cleaning modes with all sterile functions with complete automatic system with data generation using PLC and touchscreen
• Auto Feeder system for Press machine for continuous loading of sheet metal for stamping process with component ejection and unloading in bins
• Testing machine for capacitors indexer based where the capacitors are checked in the individual stations for resistance, capacitance, current and voltage parameters , with auto unloading of components in the bin with OK and NOK. Each component readings and data are stored in the HMI
• Robotic welding systems for MIG welding using 6 axis ABB robot
• Robotic handling systems using 6 axis ABB robot for production efficiency
