Marketing Dreams and Marketing Reality

The international scientific conference held an-nually by the Faculty of Mass Media Communi-cation UCM in Trnava has become a traditional event attended and supported by renowned me-dia studies theorists and researchers as well as media professionals. The goal of the conference is to present and exchange the current knowledge and experience reflecting media and trends con-nected to them nowadays (for more details, plea-se see annotations of the individual sections).

CONFERENCE FEE:• 200,- € – conference paper in English (these

papers will be either published in conferen-ce proceedings, which are to be submitted for evaluation to prestigious international citation databases Web of Science, Scopus, ERIH PLUS, EBSCO, or offered to a foreign academic jour-nal indexed in Scopus database); in case of co--authorship, each co-author pays conference fee 80,- €, whether attending the conference or not.

• 100,- € – Slovak, Czech or Polish language versions of conference papers or conference papers submitted in different languages (pub-lished in standard double-blind peer reviewed conference proceedings); in case of co-author-ship, each co-author pays conference fee 60,- €, whether attending the conference or not.

The conference fee covers rent of premises, printing conference materials and publication of reviewed conference proceedings, refreshment and evening banquet. Please note that the fee is paid only in cash, during the registration proce-dures at the conference. In case this form of pay-ment does not suit you, do not hesitate to contact us via the conference e-mail. Please note that the fee does not cover the costs for lunch and accom-modation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We would like to inform the conference parti-cipants that all annotations of conference papers will be assessed by the scientific committee of the conference. Please note that the annotations have to match scientific, linguistic, stylistic and ethical criteria related to publishing academic texts of this kind.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF CONFE- RENCE PAPERS: 1st May 2018 Please send your papers in English, Slovak, Czech or other language (max. 20 standard pag-es) including abstracts, key words (abstract and key words must be submitted in two language versions – original language of the paper and En-glish), illustrations, charts and bibliography in text editor MS Word by the date mentioned above to the e-mail address: [email protected] We kindly ask you to use the pre-set paper template (available at http://fmk.sk/ megatrends-and-media/).

CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS:• Selected papers written and submitted in English

will be published in the scientific journal Euro-pean Journal of Science and Theology (EJST) which is indexed in the Scopus database. The journal’s editorial board (in cooperation with the scientific committee of the conference) will per-form selection of the best texts that are also rel-evant to EJST´s scope and scholarly orientation. The selected works will be published by the end of 2018.

• Conference proceedings in English submitted for evaluation to databases Web of Science, Scopus, ERIH PLUS, EBSCO (please note that the select-ed texts have to meet all requirements related to form and content of academic texts in English; the highest quality of professional translation is required).

• Conference proceedings that include pa-pers submitted by authors who wish to publish their conference contributions in Slovak, Czech, Polish or any other language than English.

• social media and transformation of their reci-pients’ lifestyles,

• authenticity and reliability of news,
