On 17th Janu ary 2014 At Sir Pratap High School Ground, Idar Under The
Chairmanship Of Collector Honorable Banchanidhi Paniji & DDO Honorable Shri
Nagrajan M Camp Was Supported By District Health Society & Sir Pratap General
Hospital, Himatnagar
5 Private Hospital Has Taken The Participation For The Camp And They Have
Provided Their Specialist Doctors To Support In The Camp. It Was A General Camp
Specially Organized For The MA Beneficiary.
The Motive Of The Camp Was To Provide The Awareness, Education And
Introduction To The Most Of The People Regarding The MA Yojana And Benefits Of
The MA Cards For The BPL Families. Chief Guest Was Honorable Nitinbhai Patel
The Health Minister. It Was A Huge Success That Total More Than Ten
Thousand People Have Visited The Mega Camp.
7688 Was Registered In Single Day through Counters Of MA Yojana And 190
Patients Were Referred To The Ma Yojana Empanelled Hospital For The Treatment
Under Ma Yojana. More Than 50 Cards Were Issued At The Mega Health Camp And
More Cards Are Distributed To The Beneficiary Of Ma Cards.
At The End We Have Finished This Camp With Good Memories And Hard Work
Tried A Lot To Give The Acknowledgment To The BPL Families And More People
Got Information About The Ma Yojana.
OBJECTIVES
The Objective Behind The Camp Was To Screen Patients, Diagnosis & Provides
Necessary Drugs. Patients, Who Were Cover Under Different Health Scheme, Refer
Them To Nearest Hospital For Further Treatment.
Mainly Focus On Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana. In That Territory There Were
Many BPL Families, Who Cannot Afford Costly Tertiary Care Treatment. In Camp
Screened Them And Refer To Nearest Empanelled Hospital.
Also Focus On New Enrolment Of MA Beneficiaries And Given The Information To
Other Peoples How They Can Make Their MA Cards By Going To The Related Taluka
Heath Offices.

PRE MEGA CAMP MEETTNG WITH COMMITTEE On 18Th Of December 2013 We Had A Pre Mega Health Camp Meeting For
The Rehearsal Of Mega Health Camp As It Was Our Dedication To Finish This
Camp To Give Huge Successes.
CDHO & CDMO Sir Has Asked All The Participants To Come For The Pre Mega
Health camp Meeting So That We Can Understand And Develop All The
System To Help The BPL People For The Mega Health Camp.
In The Meeting All Committee Members Showed The Preparation What
T h e y Have Done For The Mega Health Camp To The CDHO & CDMO Sir.
All The Staff Got The Idea For The Future To Organize A Health Camp. We
Have Appointed One Arogya Mitra Or Executives To The One Super Specialty
Doctor In Different Room.
All The Arogya Mitra Was Asked To Come With Their Appron And The
Entire Operation Executive Were Asked To Come And Coordinate With The
Arogya Mitra Regarding The Stationery.
IEC ACTIVITIES Around 15 To 20 Days Before The Camp The Sir Pratap General Hospital Team, MDI
Team, PHCs, CHCs, ASHA Workers, FHW Started Visiting Local Areas.
The Aim Was To Mobilize And Disseminate Information About The Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana To Be Undertaken During The Mega Health Camp & Different Health Schemes. The Mobilization Was Done With Help Of Following Activities.
Door to door surveys by ASHA ,health workers and village level screening by MOs at each village level
Distribution of Pamphlets And Booklets.
Displayed Hording At The Public Places.
Public Meetings with Help of FHW & Asha Workers.
Newspaper Advertisement in Different Newspaper.

Harish Nayak & Dr. Rajkumar Sutariya Gave Training To Medical Officer, Pharmacist, Lab
Technician, MPHW, FHW And ASHA Workers.
DEO and FHW’s Registering Patients and Assist Them.
District Co-Coordinators Record Patients Detail & Counsel Them For Go To Referred
Empaneled Hospital.
General Hospital and District Panchayat, Sabarkantha Team Fulfill All Basic Information
and Assist Patients and All Participants Very Well.
Approx. 9000 People Took Lunch.

The Camp Was Started At Its Scheduled Time 8.00 Hrs. There Were 10
Registration Desks Divided Taluka Wise. Data Entry Operator Did Registration & Also
Assisted People.
GENERAL SCREENING:
For Easy Screening, Waiting/Seating Arrangement In Waiting Room, Patients
Enter In Waiting Room & Seat There. As Per Guideline FHW Made Queue Of Patients As
First Come First Serve. There Were 8 General Screening Stall. For Male And Female.
There Were 35 Medical Officers & Other Para-Medical Staff in Each General Screened
Stall After Screening, Patients Referred To Specialist Doctors Or Prescribed Drugs.

All Primary Drugs Were Available On 7 Various Pharmacy Stalls On
Camp Site. Drugs Were Provided To Patient at Free Of Cost.
