This space features a built-in bar, copper ceilings and French doors leading out onto a patio and the beautiful Wedding Garden beyond. The Orchid Ballroom can also be split into

two smaller spaces: Orchid Room A with built-in bar and Orchid Room B with French doors.

Function Room Assignments

A $250 Reset Fee will be charged to flip a room or change a set previously approved via email or signature. Outside Food and Beverage

No outside food or beverage is allowed. Food may not be taken off the premises under any circumstances. Bringing in your own wine must be approved by your Catering Manager and will be subject to a $12 per 750ml bottle and $20 per 1.5L bottle corkage fee. Guarantees

Food and alcohol selections are required 30 business days prior to all events. A guaranteed attendance along is required for all meal functions 10 business days prior to the function. Additional meals added will be subject to availability and will incur an additional $5.00 per plate fee. Payment is due on the guaranteed attendance regardless of lower attendance. All menu prices are guaranteed 60 days prior to the function. Pricing

The Oregon Garden

The Oregon Garden Resort overlooks The Oregon Garden, an 80-acre nonprofit botanical garden with a mission to welcome and inspire all visitors with an appreciation for the extraordinary ecology of the Pacific

Northwest, and to provide a meaningful educational experience for gardeners of all skill levels and ages.

The Garden is made up of 20 specialty gardens, is pet-friendly and features a complimentary, narrated tram tour in the spring and summer months.

The Garden is overseen by the Oregon Garden Foundation and relies heavily on the support of members

and volunteers (who dedicate more than 12,000 service hours per year).

Sustainability

The Garden is committed to sustainability. Sitting on property owned by the City of Silverton, a series of tiered ponds cools the City’s treated water before it is deposited back into Silver Creek. Known as the

Wetlands Habitat, it brims with local wildlife.

In addition, the Rediscovery Forest is managed in partnership with the Oregon Forest Resources Institute, and reveals insights on forest management. Visitors will also encounter one of the largest collections of miniature conifers in the country, in the Conifer Garden, and a 400-year-old Signature Oak, which is an Oregon Heritage

Tree, in the Oak Grove. The Garden also promotes sustainability through green roofs, composting, edible landscaping, barley straw algae control and more.
