Meeting Responsibilities (Duty Roster)
Introduction
The following guide will provide you with the steps needed to utilizing the Meeting
Responsibilities (Duty Roster) function. With this function, you can assign tasks for
members to complete during meetings. This new tool will provide you with the ability to
assign multiple tasks in an organized list. Please note, that this new function is
available only on ClubRunner Version 3.0.
How to add duties to the Duty Roster
1. Login to the Admin page.
2. Tap on the Organization tab and click the Meeting Responsibilities (Duty
Roster) link.
You may also tap on the Website tab and click on Website Content link. Simply click
the Meeting Responsibilities (Duty Roster) button.

3. This will take you to the Duty Roster page, which would show a list of all the
duties on your duty roster. If you are just getting started, it would be empty.
4. Click on the Add New Position button on the top right of the list.
5. Next, fill out the following:

Position Name: Enter the name of the position you would like to assign.
Show this Position on website: Select “Yes” to have this field show on the front
end page. To hide the position, select “No”.
Assign member to this position?: Choose to assign a member to this now by clicking yes or no to assign it another time
Select Member: Choose a member or Other user to be assigned the position
Add this position to a group? : Select the group you wish to have the duty added to. If none are available, choose “Create New Group…”.
Show this group and its positions on website? : This option allow you to
show (Yes) or hide (No) entire groups from the website.
Show Group Name: This option allows you to show (Yes) or hide (No) the group
name.
6. Click the Save button to keep you changes.

How to add Groups to the Duty Roster
1. Login to the Admin page.
2. Tap on the Organization tab and click the Meeting Responsibilities
(Duty Roster) link.
You may also tap on the Website tab and click on Website Content link. Simply click the Meeting Responsibilities (Duty Roster) button.

3. This will take you to the Duty Roster page, which would show a list of all
Groups and Duties within them. If you are just getting started, it would be empty.
4. Click on the Add New Group button on the top right of the list.
5. Next, fill out the following:
Show this group and its positions on website?: This option allow you to
show (Yes) or hide (No)groups from the website.
Show Group Name: This option allows you to show (Yes) or hide (No) the group name.
Group Name: Enter the name of the Group you are creating.
6. Click the Save button to keep you changes.

How to add the Duty Roster Widget to the Homepage
1. Login to the Admin page. 2. Tap on the Website tab and click the Website Designer 3.0 link.
3. Click on Edit Content button

4. Click on the Events tab
5. Left click and hold your left mouse button over the widgets and drag the widget
from the left and drop it within the website. Depending on where you drop the
widget it will resize.

6. Click the Publish button to finalise the changes on the website.
How to add the Duty Roster Widget to the Bulletin
1. Login to the Admin page. 2. Tap on the Bulletin tab and click the Manage Bulletins link.
3. Click on the Edit Bulletins button

4. Click on Edit next to the bulletin you wish to modify
5. Click on the Events tab

6. Left click and hold your left mouse button over the widgets and drag the widget
from the left and drop it within the Bulletin. Depending on where you drop the widget it
will resize.

How to add the Duty Roster Widget to a Custom page
1. Login to the Admin page. 2. Tap on the Website tab and click the Website Content link.
3. Click on Pages on the left hand side and click on the Custom Pages button
4. Click on Edit next to the page you wish to modify

11. Click on the Essentials tab
12. Grab the Meeting Information widget, left click and hold your left mouse button
over the widgets and drag the widget from the left and drop it within the
website. Depending on where you drop the widget it will resize.

13. Click the Settings button of the meeting Information widget
14. Add the Custom Link URL and Custom Link Text
*Note URL is based on the Permalink used in the custom page. Please the link below as an example

15. Click Save to finalize the change
