Offer
After we’ve made a decision to officially offer you a position, you will receive a phone call from our CEO who will explain the offer to you including the jobscope, starting salary, and relevant benefits. If you accept the offer, we will work out a start date and onboarding plan for you.
Step 6
Day Trial
We’ll invite you to our office (at one-north) for a 1-day trial. This is where you can experience first-hand what it’s like to work in B1G1. You will be assigned tasks relevant to the role you applied for, and you’ll get to interact with other team members.
Step 5
Assessment
After the interview, we will send you a short general knowledge and skills test. We’ll review the interview and test results and let you know of the outcome within 1-2 weeks.
Step 4
Second Interview
If you are selected, we will invite you to a second and more in-depth video interview with 1-2 team members, where you can learn more about the work and culture, and they can understand your relevant experience and interest. This will be followed with a test (Step 4).
Step 3
First Interview
If we decide to consider your application further, we will arrange a quick video call (approx. 10 minutes) to learn a little more about you. We will let you know of the outcome of this assessment by email within 2-3 business days.
Step 2
Application
In addition to your CV, we will ask you to submit your responses to a short questionnaire. This allows us to understand your motivations and goals, and also get to know your writing and communication style. We will let you know of the outcome of the shortlisting by email within a week.
Step 1
Day Trial
This will be a fun and fast-paced day, so get a good night’s rest before the day trial to allow yourself to fully enjoy the experience. We will send you more tips via email when we invite you for the day trial too.
Step 5
Assessment
Relax and have an open mind. If within your control, get a good night’s rest before the assessment to ensure you’re in tip-top condition. And be sure to manage your time well during the assessment.
Step 4
Be ready to share about any of the details mentioned in your CV (work experiences, skills, education, interests and hobbies). Think of additional questions to ask the team that you did not have the opportunity to ask in the first video interview.
Step 3
First Interview
Be ready to articulate your motivation in applying for the role and your understanding of what B1G1 does. Think of some questions you’d like to ask so you can also assess if B1G1 matches up with the values you want to have in an employer and the culture you desire in the workplace.
Step 2
Application
Craft your CV and fill in the questionnaire in a way that allows your personality to shine through. There is no fixed format or length we are looking for.

Prepare to pick up our CEO’s call! But even if you miss the call, don’t worry – you can always return the call. :)
