There are some great attractions besides the snow, food and fun right here in town, and our One-Day Tour has been arranged to make it easy to see some of the highlights. We leave on Wednesday and Sunday mornings for a visit to the world-famous Snow Monkeys, who enjoy winter in their very own onsen (hot spring). Next, enjoy your choice of a meat, fish or noodle lunch set in the historic city of Obuse, known for it three famous museums and other attractions. Then back to Myoko, stopping at both the Shin-Akakura and Akakura areas. Come join us for a great one-day trip into Japanese culture, history and tradition! The One-Day Tour is conducted every Wednesday and Sunday, provided four or more persons have reserved. Reservations are for two or more. Reservation Deadline: two days prior to the tour. Please make your reservations through your hotel, to the Myoko Tourist Office. Tour fee: ¥10,000 per person (primary school age to adults); children not requiring lunch ¥5,000; infants and toddlers free. Big 4 Passes can be used at a value of ¥4,000 each; please pay the balance in cash.
