BOGEY BOGEY BOGEY BOGEY If Par is a perfect golf score, I am the Bogey, just one under par...but I am perfect in the dachshund world, considering my poor start in life. I had a family but I got lost and was roaming the streets. I was found by a Good Samaritan and she located my family, but they did not want me. Can you believe it? I don’t know what I did to deserve that. I am a good boy and have a ton of love to give. All I want to is to put my head in your lap and snuggle. I get along well with other dogs and children. Mom says I am a "snuggle butt." I am not sure about the feline world. My foster mom has a cat that I am very curious about, but every time I lunge at her, she swats me. What's up with that? I am young, about 2 years old and weigh 17 pounds. I like to play and I can learn whatever you want to teach me. I like to rip the stuffing out of my toys and do that at top speed. That little squeaker is so annoying, so I get that out right away Then the stuffing goes all over but mom cleans up right away. I will retrieve a ball or toy and bring it back. I sometimes like to tease and not drop it so you can't throw it again, but I do like to run down the hallway or outside. I am a good boy on a leash. I do my business outside. I still get a little nervous in the car, but if I can sit on your lap, I am not so nervous. I don’t know why I was cast aside, but I am lucky that DRSF came to my rescue. My adoption fee is only $275. If you would like more information about me or the other foster dogs, contact [email protected] . I am being fostered in Broward County and would love to find my forever home soon. Contact Janet at [email protected] or Marynell at [email protected] .
