Description
The TPO 7x.xx transformers are cast in epoxy resin, capable of withstanding outdoor environmental conditions, and designed for insu-lation voltages from 36 kV to 40.5 kV.
The TPO 7x.xx transformers are designed as single-or-multiple turn transformers, with one transformer ratio, and, if necessary, with the possibility to change over on the primary or secondary side.
The number of secondary windings ranges from 1 to 4 (usually 2) depending on parameters (such as the accuracy class, short-circuit current, overcurrent factor…).
The secondary windings are used for measurement or protection pur-poses, or for special use (testing windings, “PX” class).One terminal of each secondary winding used, and one terminal of the unused, short-circuited, winding must be earthed during the transformer operation.The transformer can be mounted in any position.
The transformer body is fixed by using four screws. For ease of han-dling and assemblythe transformer is supplied with suspension lugs.
The secondary winding is led out into a cast secondary terminal board covered with a sealable cover.

Rated primary currents 10;15;20;25;30;40;50;60;75;100;150;200;300;400;500;600;750;1000;1250;1500; 2000;2500 A; primary current changeover range from 600 A to 1200 A.Different primary currents can be supplied to special order.
Rated secondary currents...5 A; 1 A ((it is possible to combine different values in one transformer).
Rated frequency ... 50 Hz; 60 HzThe transformers are designed and manufactured in conformity with the following standards and recommen-dations: IEC, VDE, ANSI, BS, GOST and CSN.

Outdoor current transformers
Description
The TPO 7x.xx transformers are cast in epoxy resin, capable of withstanding outdoor environmental conditions, and designed for insulation voltages from 36 kV to 40.5 kV.
