The German Tourism Board in Moscow (GTBM) has set its focus on marketing German medical ser- vices in Russia. The aim is to sustainably develop German-Russian relations in the medical sector. With an annual B2B Workshop that provides an opening for participants to promote their ser- vices and make initial contact with health care suppliers in Russia, the GTBM brings clinics and medical tourism providers together to esta- blish collaborations. This year for the first time Medical Park took part at the B2B workshop to build business relationships with experts from the Russian medical and health tourism sector. During the workshop, Medical Park emphasized the importance of comprehensive treatment from acute intervention through to rehabilitation. Rehabilitation treatment is critical for optimal re- covery, a speedy return to daily life, and is most effective promptly following surgical interventi- on. In order to promote the importance of rehabi- litation treatment, Medical Park likes to make a frequent effort to connect with health care pro- viders and agencies on several events globally. Medical Park Attends the Arab-German Health Forum in Berlin Medical Park stresses the aim of constantly gro- wing its network and sharing its expertise. By taking part at the annual Arab-German Health Forum, Medical Park took the opportunity to es- tablish Arab-German business relationships in the health sector. In the Arab countries, there is an emphasis on the development of the health sector leading to large investments in health in- frastructure. The increasing demand for modern standards and efficient solutions opens up pro- mising fields of activity for German companies. To further promote and develop collaborations between Arab and German business partners, the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with high-profile partners from Germany and the Arab world, organized the 12th Arab-German Health Forum. The forum brought together 300 experts and decision-ma- kers from business, politics and science to mutually address the most pressing issues facing medicine and healthcare in the coming decade. The event is major information and networking platform to establish and strengthen long-las- ting Arab-German business rela- tionships in the healthcare sector. Medical Park Supports Olympic Champions to Regain Health Medical Park has great experience in the tre- atment of top athletes and cooperates with leading associations and clubs, such as Borus- sia Mönchengladbach, the German Athletics Association and the German Ski Association (DSV). Medical Park is a natural fit for sport associations and individual athletes due to the extensive expertise of the doctors and therapists. It is the medical care from a single source, both in prevention and rehabilitation which top athletes rely on because it is an important component of the future success of sport teams and individuals. Due to the seve- ral Olympic champions that Medical Park has successfully treated, Medical Park has beco- me a hub for sport rehabilitating injuries and is often recommended when it comes to sport rehabilitation and prevention.
