Events: Standard high school meet events with a 15 minute break after the Men’s 50 free. No diving. 2019-2020 National Federation Rules will apply. Meet Format: Timed finals. Entries will be seeded slowest to fastest according to time. Entry Limits: Max of 2 swimmers for the 200IM and 500 Free Max of 2 relays for all relay events Unlimited entries for all other events

Entry Fee: $12 per swimmer & $12 per relay entered Make checks payable to “McNeil Swim & Dive Booster Club” Mail check ahead of time or bring check to meet.

USA IDs: This is a USA Observed meet. Swimmer’s USA IDs should be included in the entry file if they have one. IDs will not be added after the entry deadline so please make sure IDs are included and correct.

Entry Deadline:Thursday, October 17th, 5:00 PM. Late entries will not be accepted Only Hy-Tek Entry files will be accepted E-mail entries to: [email protected]

Scratches/Relays: All scratches and relay changes must be turned in to the computer table no later than 8:20 a.m.

Scoring: Standard 8 place scoring will be used. Relays are double.

Awards: Team Awards 1st place: Women’s, Men’s and Combined team.Ribbons for places 1-8. Awards will be available for pickup at the end of the meet.

Timeline:Warm up: 8:00 a.m.Officials meeting: 8:15 a.m. Timer briefing: 8:45 a.m.Meet start: 9:00 a.m. End time: 2:15 p.m. (est.)

Concessions: Concession stand will be available during the meet.

Seating: For fans, there is a viewing area from the lobby. Seating areas are on a first come, first served basis.

For teams, there is room to set up canopies that want to bring them around the swim center in the parking lot. Please do not block the fire lanes. See attached map for details.

Changing rooms and restroom use:Please be respectful of other swimmers and the facility, and please keep the restrooms clean. There are NO CELL PHONES allowed in the restrooms or changing rooms at any time.

Volunteer Requirements:Each team is responsible for supplying 2 timers for the duration of the meet. Timing assignments will be included with the warm-up info. The meet will not proceed until all teams have supplied their timers.

Heat Sheets: Heat Sheets will be for sale at the pool for $2 each

Hospitality: Hospitality will be available for coaches, meet officials and meet personnel.

Parking: Please park all buses on Jackson Drive (see the attached map). Buses are not allowed to park in the parking lot.

There will be priority parking for meet officials and volunteers (see the attached map). Please observe the handicap spots and other marked spots reserved for Waterloo staff.

If needed, additional parking is available in the field behind the Shenandoah Church. Do not park in the church parking lot or at any of the surrounding businesses.

Pool Rules:Coaches, you have been invited to this meet based on the impeccable reputation of your coaching, the quality of your programs, and the past behavior of your teams. A failure to display our best behavior and sportsmanship could result in the loss of your invite to next year’s meet, or possibly worse, the loss of our ability to host meets at the amazing Waterloo Swim Center. Please discuss the following rules with your teams before arriving at the meet:1. No red drinks of any kind2. No gum or band-aids3. No profanity4. No climbing through any of the large windows5. Leave your team area as clean, if not cleaner, than how you found it
